Giving Thanks and fond memories...

Thinking back on some of my favorite Thanksgiving memories...

            piling into the family car and going to my grandparents

                        smells from my grandmother's kitichen

                            her very famous and quite delicious rice dressing

                                aunts, uncles, cousins - everyone was there

                                    sitting at the kid's table with my cousins

                                        scrumptous desserts

                                            falling asleep on the couch

 it was perfect!

That is how Chef Louise Mellor described her design project to me. Well how in the world could I resist ? A match made in heaven - don't you agree?

My wheels began to turn and after chatting with Louise about her style and approach to her work, I dove right in!

In addition to Bettie meeting June - there were a few other important details to add to the equation:

    ~ Food

    ~ Color Palette - Red, Pink & Black

Ahhhh, I have just met my new bff!!!!
